The demand of education in 21st century is a practical and logical approach based education. The Nepalese education system is not practical and scientific. It just makes the students prepare to take the tests, but it doesn't give any practice to them. The American education system is modern and practical. It gives the students an opportunity of getting involved in practice as well.
Most of Management universities in US allow their students to join US companies for training after education.
